I will not be showing the way to find a template of your own blog as if you own a blog you must know the name of template your blog is using, this tutorial is for detecting templates for the blogs that you don’t own. so let’s get started into our tutorial i.e How To Detect Blogger Template.

Step 1: Identify If a blog is using Blogger or not?
For this purpose, we will be using a cool free online tool known as buildwith. All you need to do is simply open up buildwith.com & paste the link of the blog in order to find what content management system it is using.
Now simply Click on lookup, if that blog turns out to be using other content management system like my blog uses WordPress then you can read this post: Best WordPress Theme Detectors.
But if blog turns out to be using Blogger, then you can be processed to step 2 🙂
Step 2: Detecting Blogger Template
As I already mentioned earlier there is no exact way to find which theme or template a blogger’s blog is using, but here we have to think out of box, most of custom theme providers give information about there template in the source code of there template, so that other webmasters can trackback to there template. We will try to check out the source code of blogger’s blog, for this tutorial I will be using Google Chrome, but you can also do this on any web browser.
