Step 1 ) Visit Bluehost & chose your plan.
Visit bluehost form button below to get free domain name 🙂
When you visit Bluehost, on the very top, you will see a button saying “Choose Plan” simply click on that to choose your hosting plan.
Step 2 ) Select your plan: it’s time to select your plan, if you are starting out new you will be more than happy with the starter plan, but it’s up to you, which plan you choose, simply select plan of your choice. I recommend “Choice Plus”
Step 3 ) Choose your domain name: Now this is the creative part, it’s time to choose your domain name, sit down relax and try to come up with creative as well as unique domain name, you can use free suggestion tools like panabee, to help in suggesting domain name.
If you use my link, you can get a free domain name, simply enter domain name & click next, if a domain name is already taken do your research again to come up with new domain name or simply use other extensions like .net, .org, etc instead of .com extension.
Step 4 ) It’s time to pay and select package extras 🙂
Simply fill the form for your account information.
>> Package information
Here you are presented with some hosting extra’s, now it’s up to you, what you choose for yourself, but I recommend you to buy “SiteLock Security – Essential” at-least, as this will secure your site so that you will not lose your blog.
In the last step enter your billing information, and agreed to terms and conditions of Bluehost & click on submit, Yeah you are done, you have successfully bought hosting and domain from Bluehost.
After successfully buying hosting & domain from Bluehost, you will receive mail from Bluehost containing, log in details & payment receipt of your Bluehost account. Also, you will be greeted with a confirmation page.
Step 5) Last step, Create your WordPress Blog & Set it up.
Simply create Password or you can say WordPress account and login.
Next, it’s time to enter some WordPress info. Enter your Site Title (Which you can change whenever you want), a tagline (like a slogan), then check add a blog so your blog posts are stored on a blog page, and check online store if you want WooCommerce installed right away (this last checkbox is optional; the WooCommerce plugin can be installed at any time for free).
Next you will find yourself in the Themes page. Click Skip this Step because all these themes are available from within your WordPress dashboard and you’ll likely need more time to decide on your favorite theme. Plus, the default WordPress 2020 theme which you’ll get installed automatically with your new blog rocks (as you can see!)
Once you Skip that step on the themes page you will be taken to your Bluehost Dashboard homepage – Welcome!
You can either visit yourdomain.com/wp-admin to login like most of us do on the go, or you can login through your Bluehost Dashboard.
